Beau & Brooke's Refund Policy
At Beau & Brooke Ltd, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Returning an Item
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
To arrange a return, please email beauandbrookeltd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This means all returns must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original product packaging and outer box.
- Be suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Please note that imperfect, clearance, seconds, or otherwise identified imperfect items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any imperfections will be clearly described or shown prior to purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receipt by emailing beauandbrookeltd@gmail.com.
Please include details of the fault or damage and, where possible, photographs to help us assess the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will advise you on the return process. In these circumstances, Beau & Brooke Ltd will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your parcel. This service is free of charge and provides evidence that your return has been sent.
Beau & Brooke Ltd cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit where proof of postage cannot be provided.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Original delivery/postage charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the conditions of this Returns Policy.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider or bank to credit the funds back to your account.
Returns Outside the Returns Period
Any items returned outside the 28-day return timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for returns received more than 28 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Beau & Brooke Ltd.
